Meditation is a tool that has a characteristic that enables

You really don't need to do anything special - it challenges
the mind into relaxation. Once the mind is brought to this state the
body in-turn follows suite and enters a state of relaxation where the
road to deeper meditation begins.
Most people go into a state of total relaxation just before going to
sleep and not realising they are actually in the process of meditation.
It is a state of calmness directing the body and mind to slow down and
start rejuvenating. It is automatically achieved just like breathing.
A state of meditation is a state of stillness.

In the meditation "arena" they are opposites to each other. One is the
state of bringing in more energy through the body and the other is a
state of blockage of energy.
Meditation is extremely beneficial in a lot of ways. The most beneficial
outcome of meditation is its intrinsic value that it leaves you in a
state of calmness.
It gracefully leaves you a state of pure peacefulness that can be
extremely useful in a lot of situations especially while working or
just before a drive on a busy road. The benefits are endless.

Body and Soul. During the process of meditation one aligns these three
aspects of their being or bodies. When the alignment is achieved a
circuit is created, just like a conduit, which pushes you into a higher
state of meditation. During this higher state one can tap into the
Universal Energy Grid bringing in more energy (Life Force, Chi) to your being all the way down to your body.
This energy can be used in many ways - it can be directed to anything
or anywhere you desire. You can push it toward a sick organ, all allow
it to flow through you into nature, send it to a loved one that is in
need of love, care or joy. The benefits of meditation or this state of
pure calmness is so great that it's usage is only limited to ones
imagination.
